Get to Know Dr. Karen,
the Psychologist

Demystifying Mental Health, One Video at a Time!

The best way to get to know my work is to see me in action.

Sharon Mundia, my amazing sister, has done a phenomenal job of adding mental health to the laudable wealth of content on her This is Ess YouTube channel.

I have had the honour of being a repeat mental health expert guest on her channel. It has truly been my pleasure working with Sharon to make psychology and psychologists relatable, all while demystifying mental health.
